so guys.. this is literally true. we only want 1 glass of water, but we need lots and more of it. water helps you lose weight.. (:
so, from now start drink a lot of water, and work out as much as you can. I lose 3kg yesterday because I drank lots water these days. well, just sharing, though.. :D besides drink lots of water, sleep before 9pm because it helps you clean the zits all over your face. don't forget to take a bath twice a day. clean face, no zits. and, for diet. you can eat much in breakfeast, it won't make you fat. but, do not eat much on dinner. because after dinner, you'll go to bed and then it turns into fat.
